Why am I not receiving the email for the Free QuickBooks 2011 trial download?

Some Microsoft Outlook users are not receiving the download email for the Free QuickBooks 2011 Trial. If this situation affects you, try the following to correct the problem.

Important: Close and re-open Microsoft Outlook and click on "Send/Receive". If you do not see the email, close Outlook and try re-opening.

  • If you have a filter or redirect setup in Outlook, you should check the folders that the email may have been redirected to. For example, if you have spam emails filtered to a certain folder, make sure you check that folder.
  • If you have another email account, you can sign up for the free trial using that email account, e.g., Yahoo, Google, hotmail...
  • If you are using Outlook 2007, you can be experiencing a longer than expected download time. For more information on this topic, click here.
