Cancelling a QuickBooks monthly or annual support plan
You can cancel a monthly or annual QuickBooks support plan at any time after the one year commitment is completed. We do offer a 60 day grace period, but conditions may apply.
You may cancel your support plan and obtain a refund for the amount paid
- If you made no use of the Support Plan, during the first 60 days of the plan, the full amount paid for the current Support Plan period will be refunded.
Certain services are non-refundable, and it is important to understand that the support plan has specific terms and conditions.
- If you received Data Recovery or Password Removal Services under the plan during the first 60 days, you will be liable for the full fee for the services used.
- If you talked to or received an email response from a technical support representative during the first 60 days of the plan, the amount refunded will equal the amount paid minus $99.99 for each support contact.
