Most QuickBooks products have an unconditional 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can get a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping and handling charges). We do not refund products that have been previously owned, or bought from auction sites (e.g. E-bay, Craigslist, etc...).
How to request a refund
To get a refund of QuickBooks, you must send us the following information within 60 days of your purchase.
- Complete the QuickBooks Refund Request form:
- Send it to us via fax or email.

You can expect a refund cheque in approximately 4-6 weeks.
