To update your credit card payment information for your QuickBooks subscription, choose the option that applies to your situation:
If you know your customer and subscription number:
- Visit www/quickbooks.ca/accountupdate to update your payment information on a secure website
- Use the automated phone system by dialing 1-877-442-8909 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
Please note that updating your payment information does not clear any outstanding balances. Any outstanding balances will be cleared on your next billing date.
If you do NOT know your customer and subscription number:
- You can locate this information on your QuickBooks bill statement that is e-mailed to you

- Call customer service at 1-877-442-8909 (available Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. EST)
To switch from credit card payments to pre-authorized payments, print the Pre-Authorized Payment Authorization form and fax the completed form along with a void cheque to 1-888-829-1724.
