Getting your password removed or reset

Are you having difficulties trying to open your company file due to password issues? Have you forgotten your password? Try the following steps to resolve your password issues.

  1. Try these troubleshooting tips first. 
  2. If that doesn't work, download our Password Reset Tool to have your password reset to new password. This tool is only available for versions 2008 and later.
  3. Call our product support line at 1-877-772-9158 to have us remove your password. The following fees apply:
    1. Standard Password Removal Service (5 business days*) - $79.99
    2. Priority Password Removal Service (2 business days*) - $179.99
