Error message: "Intuit Printer Library: The form you are about to print specifies the font (OCR-A) which is not installed on this system. You may wish to install the font. Click OK to print anyway or Cancel to skip printing this form"

Remove any OCR fonts on your computer, and then use the Microsoft® Windows repair function.

Remove the OCR fonts
  1. Close all open programs, including QuickBooks.
  2. Click the Windows Start button >Settings>Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Fonts.
  4. In the Fonts folder, select all of the following fonts found, and select Delete:
    • OCR-A
    • OCRA-A
    • OCRA-OCRA
  5. Empty the Recycle Bin.
  6. Re-start the computer.
