How do I add a QuickBooks Payroll service key?

Your payroll service key (or validation code), which is provided when you subscribe to payroll, enables you to use QuickBooks Payroll.
Add the Service Key
- Go to the Employees menu and click My Payroll Service.
NOTE: If you have never subscribed to QuickBooks Payroll prior to this version, you will see the option Payroll instead of My Payroll Service
- Click Manage Service Key. The Add Payroll window opens.
- In the Service Key field, enter the service key you received from QuickBooks.
- Click Next and then click Finish.
