When do I have to make my final PST payment ?
Because of the new HST coming in to effect on July 1, 2010, you will have to prepare your final PST payment. Final PST returns would generally be required to be filed with the Ontario Ministry of Revenue on or before July 23, 2010.
Where an amount is collected or becomes payable as or on account of PST after June 2010, the PST would be reported on a supplemental PST return to be filed on or before the 23rd day of the following month. All supplemental PST returns would be required to be filed no later than November 23, 2010.
