To determine whether Canadian QuickBooks can operate successfully with Vista, we conducted tests in various business scenarios; in these tests, we have found that the major functionality of the products run with Vista, however we have identified certain issues in using Canadian QuickBooks versions with Vista. Most users would consider these issues minor and we will be posting workarounds and solutions for these issues as they become available. We will continue testing to ensure we are aware of potential issues.

Canadian versions of QuickBooks in 2007 and prior years were developed for Windows operating systems before Vista technology specifications were known. As such, Intuit Canada recommends using all versions of Canadian QuickBooks with the Windows XP operating system (or another older supported Windows operating system 98/ME/2000 etc).

As technology continues to advance, Intuit Canada remains committed to supporting small businesses throughout such change and transition periods.
