What is the Quicken Sunset & Discontinuation Policy?

The Sunset & Discontinuation Policy is a schedule of Quicken versions that Intuit intends to retire because they have become too outdated and hard to maintain. As a result, support and services (i.e., live technical support including email, product updates and online services) for retired versions will no longer be available. That said, all support information that is currently available on our support site (FAQ articles, troubleshooting, tips) will remain intact.

You can continue to use retired versions but you will not be able to receive any technical support, product updates and online services.
