The Welcome Back CD is a promotional QuickTax CD mailed out to previously registered customers. To activate and use the QuickTax software on this CD, you must purchase an Installation Key Code.

This package does not contain an Installation Key code required to activate the product. Follow the directions on the package to purchase your Installation Key Code for the QuickTax version you require.

If you already inserted your CD from the mail package into your computer and the instructions to purchase your installation code didn't launch, you have the following two options to access your installation code:

1. Purchase an installation code by clicking the product link that’s right for you

• Personal Tax Products

• Unincorporated Business Products

• Incorporated Business Tax Products

2. Insert the CD Rom from your mail package (or re-insert) If the installation doesn’t automatically start, / or If you manually selected the SETUP.exe file, go to your CD Drive. Select the file called QuickTax2009.exe (do not use SETUP.exe). Steps will be provided on how to purchase and install your product.

1. Insert your CD-Rom and the executable file should automatically launch and provide you with instructions on how to purchase your IKC

2. Insert your CD-Rom. If the execution file doesn’t automatically launch, go to your CD Drive. Select the QuickTax.2009.exe file (do not use SETUP.exe). Steps will be provided on how to purchase and install your product.
