How do I unsubscribe to the promotional emails you send me?

If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from Intuit, you can unsubscribe in one of two ways:

  • reply to the email that was sent to you with "Unsubscribe" listed in the Subject line
  • email our Customer Service department at turbotaxservicecanada@intuit.com

When you send in your request, you can expect to be removed from the mailing list in about 3 to 4 weeks.
