If you saved a PDF version of your tax return last year, you can open it with any PDF viewer.

If not, you need to reinstall and activate the specific year's version to view that year's return.

Note: To view or print a .PDF file, download and install Acrobat^® Reader^®, which is available free from Adobe's Web site at http://www.adobe.com.

During the printing and filing process, TurboTax allows you to save your return as a .PDF file. This allows you to view or print your return from your own or another computer, even if that year's version is not installed.

With a .PDF copy, you can:

• view your return on a different computer;
• print your return from a different computer, even if TurboTax is not installed;
• e-mail a copy of your return to someone (for example, an accountant) for review;
• uninstall TurboTax at the end of the tax season to free up space on your hard drive while still keeping a viewable copy of your return for your records.

 To save this year's return as a PDF:

1. If you are using Forms method, click the EasyStep button on the Toolbar.
2. Click the Print and File tab at the top of the interview screen.
3. On the Print Your Tax Returns or Forms screen, click the Click here to save your tax return as a .PDF link.
